Dressing up Maggie Cheung

Don't ask me to explain, but somehow I ended up at this website called Stardoll, where you can dress up your favorite celebrities, including — to my surprise — Maggie Cheung. (Sorry, guys! Lo Lieh is not available for dressing up.)

To the left is my first attempt ever at this kind of thing. (Don't laugh!) If anyone else wants to play... lol... just email me your outfits and I'll post them. I'm certainly not advocating that any of you join Stardoll. Just use your computer's "print screen" function and then crop the resulting screen capture with whatever image editing software you happen to have.

If no one wants to join me, that's fine. I'm just as happy playing by myself!

Oh wow! Looks like fun. I will have to join you. But I would much prefer to undress Maggie.

LOL... well, since Maggie starts off undressed, you'll have to dress her first!

Quite a site--probably not one I will spend a lot of time on although I did email you my minimalist look for Maggie.

Kind of light on accessories and couldn't find any jewelry to use.

-- Ling, glad you enjoyed it! I grew up on GI Joes and Star Wars figures, so didn't really get any experience with fashion.

-- Ed, yeah the options are pretty limited, just enough for a few minutes of fun.

Thanks for the outfit! I'll post it in a day or so, to give others a chance to join in.

I will definitely check out that site. Looks like the old Colorforms(?) from days of yore, or should I say 'mine'? :D

I don't even want to know what search terms you used !!!

I found that you don't have to enter the site at all. Simply type "Stardoll Name of actress" (Gong Li for a bad example--nothing even close to low cut enough for her) and you get the image of the actress and the wardrobe/accessories.

-- Dennis, they do look like colorforms, don't they. And lest you think that colorforms are only remembered by the senior set, they are still being made -- only now it's Spongebob Squarepants and Dora the Explorer.

-- Ed, thanks for the the quick and easy search tip!

Wow, I haven't played with paperdolls in years but I couldn't resist spending an hour "dressing up" Faye Wong. Very Fun!

Yay... another player! Glad you had fun with it, sbk! It's hard to stop once you get started. :)
